Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of "organizational communication strategies and the reality of gender approaches to Algerian institutions" field study at the Communication Foundation of Algeria - Sonelgaz complex in Algeria - Al-Dheen Foundation in Souk Ahras , a field study on the problem of gender presence in the Algerian institution and the interest of the official (administrative leader). By applying the gender approach in a related context, taking into account developments in the field of institutional communication, which are governed by labor rules that move far from the traditional (classic) view of gender differentiation in the field of work and highlight the principle of social responsibility and compatibility of the workforce in the institution. It is therefore important to know and discover how gender thinking is reflected in organizational communication strategies, how it takes gender into account in the Algerian institution and how it takes a new look at how to manage and deal with workers without discrimination and in a way that highlights the elements of efficiency and creativity, regardless of gender or color. To find out, gender frames were selected intentionally and in the sample terms of 24 frames from both sexes.
In essence, the study aimed to reveal organizational communication strategies for the senior management leadership of the Algerian institution from the perspective of gender frameworks in how they exercise gender perspectives, and how they harnessed the possibilities and forms of organizational communication.
Disclosure of the foundations of the organization's communication policies and their respect for gender differences.
Knowledge of gender's place in decision makers' awareness of Algerian institutions, how it is embodied in organizational communication strategies, and how this reflects organizational practices and behaviors that highlight gender values.
Understanding the hidden mechanics of the type relationship in the regulatory reality pension within the formal and informal communication frameworks and processes of Algerian institutions.
The main question is whether gender is within the organizational communication strategies of the Algerian institution?
To achieve the objectives of the study, the mixed method was used, through quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, by cross form and observation grid, as well as the open interview tool (uncollated), with theoretical approaches: Orthogic, symbolic interactivity, as well as Marxist theory and equality theory.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
The practice of patriarchal patriarchal thought in the organizational culture of the leaders of the Algerian institution between the two genders does not exist, and the Algerian institution is open to leadership organizational diversity between the sexes, and the status of gender in general and women in particular has been associated with the political will of the Algerian state that has enshrined gender equality in legal legislation, but despite that it lacks The Algerian Foundation to the effective investment in the communication aspect to mobilize the concepts of equality and establish them as a powerful actor to influence mentalities and organizational behaviors and to change them in the trends drawn and ruled.
The Algerian institution does not operate in the communications system, especially the internal one, with regard to adopting organizational mobilization as a communication activity in gender issues, which calls for harnessing qualified material and human capabilities in gender, while activating a communication system that is in turn open to gender.
