Abstract
This study aims at identifying the impact of the innovation of the management of the human resources with the prospect of 61 workers belonging to 28 various Algerian companies. The
research concluded two important results:
1-Institutions suffer from a lack of process of innovation;
2-The most influential factors in the innovation at the level of companies: the use and the employment; the creative thought, to attract the talents, the evaluation, and the working
conditions.
