مقياس منهجية العلوم القانونية هو مقياس موجه لطلبة السنة الثانية حقوق تخصص جذع مشترك، ويتضمن أصناف المناهج العلمية في المواد أو المواضيع القانونية المختلفة. من التطرق الى منهجية تحليل القوانين مرورا بكيفية التعليق على الأحكام والقرارات القضائية، الى أدوات تقديم الاستشارات القانونية، وقوفا عند التحكم في إعداد المذكرة الاستخلاصية، وصولا الى التمرن على التحرير الإداري. 

إن محاور هذا المقياس وإن كانت تبدو للوهلة الأولى أنها مستقلة بذاتها وليس لكل محور علاقة بالمحور الذي يليه أو الذي قبله. إلا أنها في حقيقة الأمر محاور تتقاطع مع بعضها البعض من حيث متطلباتها العلمية المسبقة التي تفترضها في الطالب وكذا من حيث صقل مهارات الطالب وتطوير حسه النقدي، نهاية باشتراكها في كونها (المحاور الخمس للمقياس) مفاتيح لإخراج الطالب من قوقعته النظرية الى الأرضية العملية التطبيقية.

Le module « Thermodynamique » constitue la base des études pour les ingénieurs en génie
civil, génie des procédés, génie mécanique, génie électrique. Il sert à développer des
connaissances dans le domaine des systèmes thermiques en général et connaître tout ce qui
concerne les principes de la thermodynamique. En parallèle, on devra s’intéresser aux
avancées récentes dans le domaine de la thermodynamique ainsi qu'à ses diverses applications
modernes. Les matériaux thermodynamiques modernes et les nouvelles technologies

Teaching objectives:

The course "Introduction to Astrophysics" offered in the Master's program in Radiation Physics for the second semester focuses on a comprehensive introduction to astrophysics, an interdisciplinary field at the intersection of physics and astronomy. This fascinating area aims to understand the underlying mechanisms governing celestial objects such as stars, planets, galaxies, and the interstellar medium, based on fundamental physical principles.

The objectives of this 2-credit course, with a coefficient of 2, include:

• Introduction to fundamental concepts: Students will be introduced to key astrophysics concepts, including the properties of celestial objects (like their luminosity, mass, temperature, and movement in space).
• Interdisciplinary understanding: This course aims to bridge pure physics and astronomy, allowing students to understand how physical principles apply to the universe.
• Initiation to astrophysics research: Students will be encouraged to develop an interest in astrophysics research by exploring the latest discoveries and theories in the field.

The assessment method is divided equally into two parts: 50% based on continuous assessment, which may include homework, presentations, or projects during the semester, and 50% on a final exam. Comprehension and Written Expression is a subject that helps students develop their ability to understand, analyze, and produce written texts. Through guided reading activities, students learn strategies to identify main ideas, supporting details, and the author’s purpose, while also improving their vocabulary and critical thinking skills. In the written expression component, students practice organizing their ideas, structuring coherent paragraphs, and writing different types of texts such as summaries, descriptions, narratives, and argumentative essays. The subject aims to strengthen both receptive (reading) and productive (writing) language skills, enabling learners to communicate effectively in academic and real-life contexts.

This grammar course is designed to build a strong foundation in English grammar, focusing on two essential areas: types of sentences and parts of speech. Students will learn to identify and construct different sentence types—including declarative, interrogative, imperative, and exclamatory—as well as explore how sentence structure impacts clarity and tone. The course also covers the eight parts of speech (nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, prepositions, and interjections), offering clear explanations and practical examples to reinforce understanding. Through interactive activities, exercises, and quizzes, learners will gain the skills needed to write and speak with greater accuracy and confidence.

It is the study of internal mental processes such as attention, language use, memory, perception, problem solving, and intelligence. The field of cognitive psychology grew into prominence between the 1950s and 1970s thanks to the cognitive revolution.

مدخل مفاهيمي لسوسيولوجيا الحياة اليومية

         تتبع مسار تطور السوسيولوجيا يكشف أنها تتحول منذ بداية نشأتها على يد دوركايم  من سوسيولوجيا  أرادها أن تكون واحدة وشاملة  ودقيقة على غرار بقية العلوم الدقيقة  الى سوسيولوجيا تنحني معرفيا أمام خصوصية الانسان وتستسلم تحليليا الى ما تنتجه خياراته الحرة في إدارة حياته في حدود تأويلاته الشخصية لتفاصيلها اليومية . السوسيولوجيا اليوم تتجه لتكون مجهرية وآنية ترصد مظاهر العيش الحر للفرد تحت تأثير بيئته المحلية مادية وثقافية بواسع معانيها.

لقد تراجع الاحتكار الغربي الوظيفي لرسم نموذج المجتمع العالمي الذي تحاك عليه الخبرة السوسيولوجية لكافة المجتمعات دون الأخذ بعين الاعتبار لخصوصياتها الثقافية والتاريخية  وتحول الاهتمام من طرف علماء الاجتماع الغرب أنفسهم تحت التعقيدات السياسية والاجتماعية الناجمة عن تغيرات جذرية في الخارطة العالمية خصوصا مع موجه العولمة العالمية وتعالي الأصوات بترك الشعوب تعبر عن ذاتها بمواردها وخصوصياتها الى دراسة الحيثيات اليومية للمجتمعات اللاتينية والآسيوية والعربية عسى أن يسترجعوا الوعي بما بقي من انسانية مجتمعاتهم بعيدا عن الادعاء العلمي التعميمي الدقيق.

إن التحول الى سوسيولوجيا الحياة اليومية جاء نتيجة العديد من المحاورات الأبستمولوجية والنظرية بين كبار علماء الاجتماع  وكذا الكثير من الدراسات الاثنوجرافية التي تحولت الى تفاصيل الميدان وتحولاته المستمرة وهذا ما نتج عنه أطروحات سوسيولوجية جديدة أعادت النظرية السوسيولوجية الى طابعها الإنساني  ما أكسب علم الاجتماع المرونة الأبستمولوجية   والمنهجية من خلال عقد الصلة النظرية مع علم النفس والأنثروبولوجيا وبقية التخصصات .

أصبح علم الاجتماع يهتم بتفاصيل الحياة اليومية للإنسان على أكثر من مستوى من أهمها علاقة الرجل بالمرأة ، المواطنة والرابط السوسيولوجي، الحرية الجنسية ، الهجرة ،

الدرس خاص بعلم شكل جسم الانسان او ما يسمى بالمورفولوجيا . حيث يدرس هدا الاخير كل ما يتعلق بالبنية الجسمية و التركيب الجسمي و كيفية قياسه و حسابه مع تحديد الانماط الجسمية و علاقتها بالاختصاص الرياضي.

الهدف من هذا المقياس هو تمكين الطالب من التعرف على العقود المسماة (الخاصة) في القانون المدني باعتبارها مجموعة من العقود كثيرة التداول في الحياة العملية، وقد نظمها المشرع الجزائري تنظيما مفصلا نظرا لأهميتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وكثرة التعامل بهذه العقود في الحياة اليومية، حيث سيتم التركيز على دراسة أحكام أهم نموذج للعقود الناقلة للملكية وهو عقد البيع، وأهم العقود الواردة على المنفعة وهو عقد الإيجار.
