Call to Vote for the Algerian Projects Nominated for the 2025 World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prizes.

As part of Algeria’s participation in the 2025 World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prizes competition, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on the occasion of the WSIS Forum,

I am honored to inform you that three Algerian projects have been shortlisted for the semi-final round of this prestigious competition.

In this regard, we kindly request that you encourage staff within your sector to vote in favor of the Algerian projects, via the ITU’s dedicated electronic platform for the competition, accessible at the following link:

It is worth mentioning that the five projects receiving the highest number of votes in each category will move on to the final round, where they will be evaluated by a panel of ITU experts, who will then select the winning project in each category.

🗳️ Voting will close on April 30, 2025, at 23:00 (Central European Summer Time).
📢 The winning projects will be officially announced during the award ceremony, which will take place at the 2025 WSIS Forum, scheduled to be held from July 7 to 11, 2025.
