Abstract

The study of the distribution, morphology, anatomy and ecology of Matricaria pubescens was carried out.
The yield of the different methanolic extractions varies between 5.11% and 7.45% depending on the region used. The total phenol content shows that the extract (EMMP4) has the highest concentration (80.45 ± 1.2 mg EAG/g of extract), the extract (EMMP2) has a lower content of 48.8 ± 0.7 mg EAG / g of extract, the highest amount of flavonoids is present in the extract (EMMP4) (27.55 ± 1.62 mg EC/g extract and the extract of (EMMP3) has a relatively low concentration of flavonoids (15.10 ± 0.7 mg EC/g extract). at a concentration of 0.5 mg / ml, the percentage of inhibition is 81.34 ± 0.29%, followed by the EMMP0 extract (76.3 ± 2.3%), the EMMP3 extract (75.4 ± 0.57%), EMMP1 extract (72.64 ± 1.16%), EMMP4 extract (69.4 ± 0.14%).
Gallic acid, quercetin, kampferole and cirsiliole are phenolic compounds identified in all extracts from different regions. The major content of these latter compounds is estimated at 50.46 µg / g MS (EMMP0) for gallic acid, 22.84 (EMMP3) for quercetin, 17.87 µg / g MS (EMMP4) for kampferole, and 87 µg / g MS (EMMP3).

Concerning antihyperlepidimic activity serum leptin levels in the Hyp groups were significantly reduced by 24% and 19%, the study revealed that this extract provided protection against lipid disturbances induced by triton X-100, which manifested by a decrease in the intensity of red coloring in tissue sections. The treatment of diabetic rats (Diab + EMMP) caused a significant decrease in the activity of the pancreatic α-amylase and the rate of HbA1c (- 28%) in rats treated with EMMP.
The results obtained indicate hepatic damage which occurred following exposure to (CCL4), resulting in elevated levels of the activity of hepatic enzymes such as ALAT, ASAT, LDH and ALP in the serum by 64 %, 29%, 65% and 233%, respectively, and indicating release of cellular enzymes to the bloodstream. A significant decrease in the activities of hepatic and renal antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT and GPx) in rats treated with (CCL4) or with (Cisp) was observed. The decrease in the liver is 47% for CAT, 48% for SOD and 43% for GPx. The decrease in the kidneys is 51%, 62% and 46%, respectively.
Analysis of essential oils was performed by GC – MS, the main components were α-pinene (9.85–20.46%), D-limonene (2.52–5.62%) and β-ocimene (18.99–35.52%). maximal inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase (IC50 = 13.91 ± 1.14 µg / mL and 11.25 to 20.01 µg / mL) has been shown and considered to be potent anti-cholinesterases. This essential oil was found to be potent inhibitors of α-glucosidase and α-amylase with IC50 values of 50.07 and 12.96 µg / ml.
