The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer of a scholarship from the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the academic year 2020-2021. This scholarship is available for students from the member countries of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) who wish to study for a doctorate degree.
