Interdisciplinary Scientific Research Survey
THE (Times Higher Education) has launched an Interdisciplinary Scientific Research Survey. The aim of this survey is to collect academic opinions regarding interdisciplinary research.
This survey is intended for researchers in scientific disciplines (such as physical sciences, life sciences, engineering, and computer science), or for those involved in interdisciplinary research that includes a scientific field in addition to social sciences, education, psychology, law, economics, or clinical and health medicine. THE seeks to gather input from these researchers, whether or not they are actively engaged in interdisciplinary work.
The survey is available in 12 languages, including Arabic, English, and French.
Survey responses will contribute to the Interdisciplinary Science Rankings (ISR) for the year 2026, scheduled for publication in Fall 2025.
Participation in this survey can help improve universities’ global standing in the THE Interdisciplinary Science Rankings. Therefore, the Local Committee for Enhancing University Visibility and Ranking invites all esteemed faculty members to dedicate 5 minutes of their time to complete this survey by May 31, 2025.
