الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة المتعلقة بإبراز دور الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة و التي أضحت تحتل مكانة بارزة و هامة في الاقتصاد الجزائري ، و هذا نظرا لما تمتلكه هذه المؤسسات من مزايا و خصائص مساعدتها على اداء وظائفها وفق المنهج و الاسلوب المطلوب و لكن مع التطورات السريعة و التكنولوجيا الحاصلة في العالم اليوم و اضافة الى حدة المنافسة دوليا اصبحت هذه المؤسسة تعاني العديد من العراقيل التي يصعب تخطيها خاصة في مرحلة قيامها .
Abstract :
The problematic of the study aims to highlight the role of the National Agency for Investment
Development in supporting institutions (start-up), which has become a prominent and important place in the Algerian economy, and this is due to the advantages and characterstics thas these institutions possess that helped them perform their functions according to the required approach and
style, but with rapid devlopments and technology what is happening in the world today, in addition
to the intensity of competition internationally, these institutions have become suffering from many obstacles that are difficult to overcome, especially in the stage of their establishment, so it was necessary to search for devices and mechanisms to support, approve and launch these institutions and ensure their development and help them overcome the difficulties of the launch stage, and
among these Agency for Development and investment (ANDI) mechanisms that have become the basic support for accompanying and following up emerging institutions and enabling them to keep
pace with development technological, through the facilities and services granted, to motivate young
investors to improve their institutions on the ground, with the aim of achieving economic and social goals to advance the pace and the national economy.
