الملخص
لقد أصبح إصلاح منظومة التعليم العالي من القضايا الرئيسية التي تؤرق بال كل السياسيين والأكادميين على ح د سواء، وبما أن إصلاح تلك المنظومة يحتاج إلى نظرة شمولية تهتم بكافة مكونات النظام، فإن الإصلاح ينبغي أن يكون مبنيا على توافر الجودة في مختلف تلك المكونات. من هنا اهتمت الجزائر بتطبيق نظم ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي وبالتالي تم إنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لتطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي ) CIAQES .تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم العالي في جامعة سوق أهراس في ضوء المقاربة النظامية لتشخيص متطلبات ضمان الجودة؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ق سم إلى أربعة محاور ووزع على مختلف المتدخلين في نظام التعليم العالي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جامعة سوق أهراس لا تتبنى نظاما فاعلا لضمان جودة التعليم فيها، مع وجود فروق في درجات تقدير عينة الدراسة لمتطلبات ضمان الجودة في الجامعة.

Summary : The reform of the higher education system has become one of the major issues of the all politicians and academics concern alike, since the reform of that system requires a holistic view of all the system components, the reform should be based on the availability of quality in these various components. Algeria has therefore taken an interest in the implementation of quality assurance systems in higher education, thus establishing the National Commission for the Application of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NCAQAHE). The aim of this study is to highlight the reality of higher education at the University of the souk Ahras under the systematic approach to the diagnosis of quality assurance requirements; In order to achieve this objective, the questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool, divided into four axes and distributed to all participants in the higher education system. The results of the study showed that the University of the souk Ahras does not have an effective quality assurance system for its education, with differences in the ratings of the sample of the university's quality assurance requirements.
