الملخص:
يلعب مناخ الأعمال دورا حيويا لا غنى عنه بالنسبة لجميع إقتصاديات دول العالم، إذ يعد المناخ الجيد كمقياس للنمو والسبيل للوصول
إلى تنمية إقتصادية، و يدفع بالإقتصاد إلى الأمام، مما يؤدي إلى رفع العائد والتقليل من تكاليف ممارسة الأعمال، ويزيد من القدرة على التنبؤ
و تشجيع الإستثمارات بكافة أنوعها المحلية والأجنبية والتي بدو رها تساهم في زيادة من تنافسية المؤسسات الوطنية.
ضمن هذا السياق تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على وضعية مناخ الأعمال الجزائري، ومكانة تنافسية إقتصاده مقارنة مع مجموعة
من الدول، وفقا لتحليل مختلف المؤشرات الصادرة عن بعض الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية في تصنيفه، بالتركيز على محاولة إبراز توجهات الدولة
في معالجة إشكالية تمويل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتوفير خيارات تمويلية ذات جودة، إضافة إلى مدى تأثير السياسات الاستثمارية و وإجراءات
التحفيز المعتمدة من طرف السلطات الجزائرية على الحركية الاستثمارية، وتوفير الدعم الكافي للنهوض بالمنتوج الوطني وتحسين تنافسيته.

Abstract:
The business climate plays a vital and irreplaceable role for all economies of the world, As the good climate is considered as a measure of growth and the way to reach economic development, it pushes the economy forward, which leads to raising the return and reducing the costs of doing business, and increasy s the ability to predict and encourage investments of all kinds, local and foreign, which in turn contribute to increasing the competitiveness of national institutions.
Within this context, the study aims to shed light on the state of the Algerian business climate, according to the analysis of various indicators issued by some international bodies and organizations in its classification, focusing on trying to highlight the state's directions in addressing the problem of financing economic institutions, providing quality financing options, In addition to the extent of the impact of investment policies and stimulus measures adopted by the Algerian authorities on investment mobility, Providing adequate support to promote the national product and improve its competitiveness.
