      Course Abstract


      In this course, we discuss the most important terms and notions for the first semester of first-year common core law and political sciences students.  Through studying legal terms, concepts, and texts from several modules in law, beginning with introduction to legal sciences, then constitutional law, and so on.

      This course will provide you with simple definitions and clear explanations of important legal terms and concepts. By taking this course, you will be able to:

      1. Understand the concepts and terms in different branches of law.

      2. Learn the terms in different branches of law by heart through a term quiz.

      3. Improve the level of comprehension of oral and written English through reading comprehension activities, text, and questions about text.

      4. Improve the communicative level with your peers with activities (Wiki, forum, or chat).

    • General plan - scenario Page

      General plan - scenario


      This course follows a scenario in each lesson as shown in the plan.

      Each lesson generally follows the following plans:

      You begin by taking the web version of the course, then the PDF and the audiovisual versions.

       Afterwards comes the second step: the activities. 

      You do the first exercise, then take the individual quiz test to ensure that you understand the course. The test itself can help you understand certain things.

      Finally the third step, which requires collaboration with colleagues. This is really about collective work on an article, a video, or quite simply on a wiki. Likewise, the forum or chat allows you to exchange ideas about collaborative work and the different problems that the student may encounter during these three learning phases.

    ·       الطالب الذي لا يظهر اسمه عليه بكتابة اسمه ولقبه على ملفه الشخصي وقد كنت  وجهت رسالة الى كل من لم يكتب اسمه ولقبه، تجدون الكيفية  مشروحة في فيديو والرابط موجود على المنصة

    ·       عدم استعمال البريد messagerie   اثناء الامتحان الا لضرورة " وجود مشكل حقيقي"  لتفادي الضغط على المنصة

    ·       تنظيم الوقت  وعدم التسرع وكذلك عدم نسيان ارسال الاجابات بالنقر اولا على ) انهاء المحاولة(

    ·       Terminer le test  ثم تأتيك صفحة تريك ان الاجابات مسجلة وتقوم بعدها بالنقر على )سلم الجميع وأنهي(    tout envoyer et terminer
