أهداف المادة:
تهدف هذه المادة إلى معرفة أهم جهاز في المنظمات الدولية باعتبارها أهم جهاز إداري يعمل فيه الموظفين الدوليين، ولترسيخ قواعد القانون الدولي الإداري وجب إيجاد قضاء دولي إداري لفك النزاعات التي قد تقع بين الموظفين الدوليين والمنظمة التي يعملون بها.
